Welcome to my website for Personal Consultation Services, an independent practice. I am Patricia Bruno, a person who is committed to human service and learning as a licensed master social worker, certified educator and school administrator, and author of Waiting for the Echo, a book of poetry. 

It is the mission of Personal Consultation Services to offer opportunities for personal and professional growth to people at various stages of life and to help develop motivation and morale in organizations.

Services provided include consulting, supportive counseling, and workshops. Using a biopsychosocial approach, techniques incorporate writing and meditation within the framework of a strengths perspective and a wellness model.

My experience includes:

• serving as an instructor at a two year career college and as an adjunct lecturer in education at a four year college
• teaching high school and middle school English in both public and parochial schools
• serving as a high school English department chairperson
• developing curriculum
• writing and administering grants
